Our Past Events

Here you can find the galleries for each respective year of events we have attended. As you would be aware, 2020 was a very strange year for us all, and with the almost constant tightening and relaxing of restrictions, it was virtually impossible to plan too far ahead in advance. Due to Multi-Act Historical Portrayals only being set up in July 2020, there was only the opportunity for two events to take place, and those events are found on the page of our 2020 events archive. Due to Safeguarding and Child Protection, there are no photos available to cover any of the school talks or bookings where under 18's were present and could be immediately identifiable. If you would like photographs taken at your event where under 18's are going to be present, then you will need to sign a Consent to Photograph form. For further details regarding safeguarding, please see our Safeguarding Policy.

Before our time...

Before we came into being, we tested the waters in the field of Living History. Under the expert guidance of the Moonlight Raiders Living History Group, run by the father and son team of Richard and Luke Jelley. Working with them from October 2018 to August 2019, we learned what was needed to give as accurate a portrayal as possible. We owe them an immense debt of gratitude. Below can be found some of the images taken during some of the events that we attended with them.

Multi-Act Historical Portrayals is an Immersive Historical Education company that provides historical portrayals to history events up and down the length of the UK. These can be anything from a talk in a school, all the way up to a large history show that lasts for a number of days.

To book an event or portrayal, send an email to multiactportrayals@gmail.com with full details of what you require (including portrayal) and the duration of your event. If you would like an event involving weapons, it is requested that you include the necessary permissions needed as part of the booking.
