This is the standard hourly operating charge for filming. This is to cover any travel, accommodation and catering costs, in addition  repair costs to any of the equipment used during the day. If any equipment is deemed to be damaged beyond economical repair, the responsible party will be invoiced to recoup the cost of replacing the items. If requested, this will allow all equipment except weapons to be accommodated for. If weapons are requested to be brought to the venue, this will be covered by a different service.

This is the hourly operating charge with the weapon carriage surcharge applied. This is for insurance and legal purposes. If weapons are requested, permission will need to be obtained prior to the event being requested or booked. Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge being applied to your booking, and your booking will be cancelled. You must also be able to provide an area for safe storage and accommodation for Multi-Act Historical Portrayals for their equipment and weapons. These will be within a three meter distance from each other. The same rules apply for this as the standard daily hire, with additional rules to cover the weapons being carried during the event.
