2025 - Six Years On

2025 started off on a negative note, with our thoughts being with the family of Mark Talbot, who was lost to us all in late 2024. It was to his memory that we dedicated our work in 2025. Our promotional efforts over the previous two years paid off, with letters of interest coming in from overseas from varying clientele.

2025 would also see the final fruition of a long-dreamed ambition of a uniform set that had been desired for at least twelve years - a Fleet Air Arm pilot uniform on the No5a Uniform (what has sometimes been erroneously referred to as Royal Navy Battledress). This would see it's debut at the West Somerset Railway's Forties Weekend . During this event, we established a working relationship with Boots on the Ground Living History Group and we gave advice regarding portrayal enhancement, namely in pocket fillers and other associated paperwork. Due to other commitments, we were only able to attend the Sunday of this fantastic event. We hope to be able to attend the entire event in 2026.

2025 would also see what can only be descirbed as the quickest turn-around from idea to completion of a portrayal, with the creation of a Provost Sergeant of 163 (Railway) Provost Company's Railway Operations Specialist Provost (Railway Guard) Branch. It is hoped that we are able to debut this portrayal in 2026.
