Applied when events are booking under false pretenses (e.g. a talk for schools booked in place of a talk at events when talking to schools (e.g. Railway at War weekends)) See T&Cs.

This differs in price, dependent of how far from the event is from Headquaters or Base of Operations. This is to cover the costs of transport to get to your event / booking. If an overseas event, this will cover the costs of flights & hotel (all inc.)

For consulting services rendered to film,  televison or theatre company.

This is to cover the insurance and legal paperwork needed to cover these being at your event. Applied per day or hour as described on Daily Hire page.
