Applied if you cancel your event within 60 days of your event taking place. Not applied to your event in mitigating circumstances (e.g. nation-wide lockdown) See T&Cs.

Applied in the event of claiming any of our work as your own. If applied, the Termination Fee will also apply.

For consulting services rendered to film,  televison or theatre company.

Applied in the event that payment for services rendered or goods sold has not been received in good time. Interest set at 10% for every month without payment.

All charges are fixed. Any attempt to negotiate a lower price will lead to this charge being applied to your booking. See T&Cs for further details.

This differs in price, dependent of how far from the event is from Headquaters or Base of Operations. This is to cover the costs of transport to get to your event / booking. If an overseas event, this will cover the costs of flights & hotel (all inc.). This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Applied in the event of repeated placing of bookings then cancelling within 28 days of placing of booking. If applied, the Termination Fee will also be applied.

For added experiences outside of initial booking for events. Charged as per normal charge for experience.

Applied in the event of moving your event to a different location from what was originally advertised (applies to large events only). Covers difference in cost of transport to get to your event.

Applied when events are booking under false pretenses (e.g. a talk for schools booked in place of a talk at events when talking to schools (e.g. Railway at War weekends)) See T&Cs.

If your event is not going to be held on the UK Mainland. Weapons are not available for any event being held outside of the UK Mainland.

Applied in the event of false allegation of any nature is made against any member of staff of Multi-Act Historical Portrayals. If applied, the Termination Fee will also apply. This will be in addition to any charges brought forth by a Court of Law.

Applied if any of our staff are subject to any form of abuse or discriminatory action. Also applies in the event attempted purchase or theft of property belonging to Multi-Act Historical Portrayals or its staff.

If either working or travelling between 10pm - 7:30am is required. Applied per occasion.

This is to cover the insurance and legal paperwork needed to cover these being at your event. Applied per day or hour (contract dependent).

For photographs or videos of our work to be published in the media (known as a licence of limited use).

Applied if our presence is to be used for a longer period than originally requested. Only applies to large shows and events. Additional Daily Charges apply as appropriate.

Applied in the event of any attempted purchasing of uniform or equipment belonging to Multi-Act Historical Portrayals. If applied, the Termination Fee is also applied.

If Accommodation is needed overnight during the travel to and from your event. Also if the event has no on-site accommodation facilities. Applied per night.

Applied in the event of a firepower display being requested as part of your booking / event. Cost as dictated for calibre of ammunition and amount needed to restock.

To cover the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged uniform or equipment that has been caused by the hiring party. If applied, the Termination Fee is also typically applied.
